Q. What is Wowzee?: A. Wowzee is a $5 membership. A percentage of every monthly membership payment is saved straight to your Bitcoin balance. This is real Bitcoin, held in your account and yours to keep. Membership also enters you into the active draw and unlocks member perks. Win or lose, the Bitcoin stays yours.
Q. Do I need to know anything about crypto?: A. Nothing at all. We handle the wallets, the security, and the technical side. You get real Bitcoin without the exchanges, seed phrases, or jargon.
Q. Where can I play?: A. Wowzee membership is currently available in most U.S. states (click here for excluded states). Free entry is open to legal residents of the eligible states set out in the Official Rules. Residents of restricted states aren't eligible.

Q. Is the Bitcoin really mine?: A. Yes. The Bitcoin saved from your membership is yours; to hold, to grow, or to withdraw when you're ready. It's not points or a promise; it's a real asset in your account.
Q. What happens to my Bitcoin?: A. Your Bitcoin is held securely in your Wowzee account. No seed phrase to manage, no exchange to set up — and you can withdraw it once your identity is verified.
Q. How do I withdraw my Bitcoin?: A. Once you've verified your identity, you can withdraw the Bitcoin or any other asset in your account.

Q. What is the Mega Draw?: A. The Mega Draw is our monthly sweepstakes. You're automatically entered each month you're a member. Up first is the Summer of Gold: a $20,000 grand prize paid in tokenized gold, drawn August 29, 2026. Additional Bitcoin prizes for each draw are detailed in the Official Rules.
Q. What are the daily and weekly draws?: A. On top of the monthly Mega Draw, members get additional chances to win through daily and weekly draws during active campaigns. Each one is a fresh shot at prizes.
Q. Do I have to be a member to play the daily and weekly draws?: A. No. The daily and weekly draws are open to everyone; members and free players alike, with the same chance to win. Membership saves Bitcoin for you and enters you into the Mega Draw; it doesn't give you any edge in the daily and weekly draws.
Q. What happens after the Mega Draw?: A. Every month there is a new Mega Draw, with a brand-new headline prize each time. The Summer of Gold is just the first.
Q. How is the draw decided?: A. Winning entries are selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline, using a verifiable random selection method administered independently by our appointed sweepstakes administrator.

Q. What are tickets?: A. You get tickets every day. Use them to enter the daily and weekly draws — it's your choice how and when. Come back daily to collect your allocation.
Q. What is an instant win?: A. Some draws include instant wins, shown within the contest interface. An instant win is on top of your entry — so if you win one, you're still entered in the current contest. Double the fun.

Q. Do I have to pay to enter the Mega Draw?: A. No. There's always a free way to enter, with the same chance of winning as any other entry. Full details are in the Official Rules.
Q. How to Enter for Free: A. You can enter the Mega Draw by mail, free, with the same chance of winning as a paid entry. In short: get a Postal Request Code from your account, handwrite it and your details on a card, and mail it to us. Every requirement, including the exact card, envelope and wording, is set out in the free entry section of the Official Rules. Requests that don't follow them can't be credited, so it's worth reading before you send anything. Getting a code and mailing an entry is completely free: no purchase, payment, or deposit of any kind.
Q. Is Wowzee gambling?: A. No. Wowzee is a promotional sweepstakes, not a gambling product. A free entry path is always available with the same chance of winning; the legal foundation that separates a sweepstakes from a lottery.
Q. Can I cancel my membership?: A. Yes, cancel anytime. Your membership runs to the end of your current monthly term, then stops. No renewal. Fees already paid aren't refundable.
Q. What happens to my Bitcoin and other assets if I cancel?: A. They stay yours. Any Bitcoin or other assets saved to your account remain in your account after you cancel, and they're yours to keep or withdraw whenever you're ready. Cancelling ends your membership, not your ownership.
